## Common Patterns

### Pagination

List endpoints return paginated results. Use the `limit` and `next` parameters:

GET /api/v1/workspaces?limit=50

# Next page
GET /api/v1/workspaces?limit=50&next=<cursor>
```

### Error Responses

All errors follow a consistent format:
